Thank you for considering Mont Rouge as a venue for your wedding, we can accommodate up to 180 guests. Your special day can either be hosted in our function hall or beautiful gardens. Our function hall is filled with a rich earthy relaxed atmosphere and a spacious dance area which will created lots of memorable moments with your friends and family. The gardens with its majestic views of the surrounding mountains gives you a choice of welcoming your guests with pre-drinks, having a outside ceremony or if you're a real nature lover, having an unforgettable garden reception. Our packages are designed to assist in your planning and we will be happy to discuss you requests or queries. An additional fee of R1000 per hour will be charged for functions not finished by 24h00
We can not accommodate you after 1h00 in the morning
Our prices for liquor are very reasonable and market related.
You are allowed to bring your own Champagne/sparkling wine & two bottles of wine per table. For extra bottles of wine we will ask you a Corkage fee of R20 per bottle.
Clients are welcome to set a ceiling on the total bar spend for their account, in order to maintain control of this account during the function.
We also supply refreshments and cocktail drinks after the ceremony.
Menu selection and catering:
We have a wide variety of menus that start at R 150.00 per person and can go up to R 300.00 per person but we are prepared to make changes according to your taste and budget.
Prices can also be influenced by the season and availability of certain foods.
You will be able to compile you own menu from a list of dishes although our experienced catering staff will be more than willing to assist you with these choices.
We can do canapés, spitbraai’s, warm & cold buffets, plated dishes, picnics etc.
Please feel free to discuss any special dietary requirements with us.
Décor and flowers:
We can sub-contract any décor and flowers that you need at an additional cost.
